Lina has extensive project facilitation experience both in public and private organizations. She has been a dynamic part of many multicultural teams and has successfully delivered outstanding results in numerous culturally challenging situations. Lina is passionate about engaging with people from different cultures and diverse backgrounds.
Lina has worked for the EU, the OSCE as well as other international organizations in Ukraine, Bolivia, Ecuador, Russia, Belarus, Georgia, Cambodia, Nigeria, Sudan, Pakistan, Bangladesh and India and other countries on variety of development, evaluation and training projects.
Lina holds a Master’s Degree in Sociology. She also studied International Relations in the U.S. and International Cooperation in Spain, and is currently pursuing a professional MBA degree.
She is fluent in English, and conversational in Russian and Spanish.
